We’re so glad you’re considering our practice for your dental care.

At Midcoast Family Dentistry, we focus on preventative care and building long-term relationships with our patients. To help ensure we’re the right fit for you, we kindly request that new patients over the age of 8 have recent dental records, including a cleaning within the past five years.

Please note that at this time, we are only able to offer emergency appointments to patients who are already established in our practice.

Additionally, we are not currently able to accept MaineCare or transfers from Aspen Dental.

For each additional family member, please complete a separate form. Once we receive your submission, our New Patient Treatment Coordinator will contact you within two business days to schedule your first appointment.
